Upright

This is the steadiness of someone who can feel fully and still stay calm at the helm. You can hold strong emotion with wisdom rather than reaction. Lead from a heart that is deep and composed at once.

Reversed

Reversed, the calm can become suppression, moodiness held beneath the surface, or feeling controlled rather than honored. The sea churns underneath the still face. Notice where you are managing emotion instead of actually meeting it.
