Seven of Wands

The Seven of Wands shows a figure on higher ground, defending a position against staves rising from below. The card speaks of firmness, courage, and the protection of what has been won. There are moments when standing your ground is as bold as advancing.

Upright

Something worth defending is being tested, and you are asked to hold your conviction with clarity. Boundaries can be raised with steadiness rather than only tension. Choose which truth deserves your stand, and let it be a conscious one.

Reversed

Reversed, there can be defensive exhaustion, a sense of constant attack, or battles chosen that no longer deserve your fire. Not every opposition merits your guard up. Ask which fight can finally lose its importance.
